Simply add money to your Mobi Bank and use it for services such as directory assistance, international calling, or purchasing ringtones, games, or wallpaper. You can automatically access these pay-per-call services anytime you need them.

Mobi is committed to providing wireless communications to those who need it. Most of our devices are hearing aid compatible. We also offer a 14-day trial period with less than 30 minutes of talk time, and we will fully refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. Mobi also participates in the Federal Lifeline and Link Up programs, which offers discounts on wireless activation and monthly service to qualifying households/individuals. Return your new phone or accessory for a refund.
Our Refund Policy
- The phone or accessory must be returned within 14 days of purchase with less than 30 minutes of talk time.
- The phone or accessory must be returned to the original place of purchase with an accompanying sales receipt.
- The phone or accessory must be in "like new" condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds apply to new phone or accessory purchases, and activation fees.
- Bring your phone within 30 days to any Mobi PCS store for inspection and possible replacement.
- The phone must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (sales receipt).
- The phone must be found to be defective to receive a replacement at no charge.
- The phone must be in "like new" condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.
- After 30 days, if the phone is found to be defective and still within the manufacturer's warranty period, you'll receive a "like for like" replacement immediately for a $25 expediting fee.
- Excludes phones that show signs of outside physical damage or are no longer within the manufacturer's warranty.
